Battle Of The Prizes Rules

Here are the official rules for the Froggy 98 "Battle of the Prizes" giveaway

Froggy 98's "Battle of the Prizes" is your chance to win one of the 98 prizes listed on our website at Froggy981.com. To participate, listen for your "cue to call", which occurs at approximately 7:20am, 10:20am, 1:20pm and 4:20pm. The 7th caller at 479-14-98 at that time receives 2 tickets to the a Lincoln Saltdogs game as a qualifying prize, and becomes one of the finalists for the final prize. Each contestant will be presented with a "Froggy Face-off"; 2 of the prizes on the list. They choose the one they want to keep on the list. The contest continues with subsequent contestants until only 1 prize remains. At a designated time and place, all qualifiers will gather where all will be eliminated but one. That person will receive the final remaining prize.

On-air qualifying will begin on Monday, April 21, 2008 and will conclude on May 23, 2008. The final prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as presented. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the prize.

This contest is open to legal Nebraska residents 18 and older. Employees of NRG Media, LLC, their agencies, affiliates, employees of other radio stations and members of their immediate families are not eligible. Individuals may only qualify once during the contest. Froggy 98 reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these rules. By participating, individuals agree that their voice, name, photograph, caricature and likeness may be used for promotional purposes. Froggy 98 is not responsible for technical situations due to telephones problems. Rules are subject to change without notice. A copy of the Official Rules are available at our studios, 4343 "O" Street during regular business hours. Decisions of Froggy 98 and NRG Media LLC are final. Value of the final prize not to exceed $3500. Froggy 98 has the right to decide which vendor/retailer will provide the final prize.
