Sue Bayou

Born in Aurora, IL (Wayne's World, anyone?), Sue Bayou took her love of rhythm, music and pink tights to captain the motley crew of the West Aurora Pom Squad. After the well-permed hair died down (or the Aquanet ran out-not sure which happened first), she moved to Champaign, IL and attended the University of Illinois. After seeing how cute some of the guys were at the local college radio station, Sue thought she'd give it a whirl and try to become an "on-air personality." Several years (and cute guys later), she moved to Fargo, ND where she met the cutest guy of them all, married him and proceeded to attempt to re-populate the world with him. 2 sons and one daughter later, they are on their way.

She has no time for hobbies, unless you consider perfecting the tamale dirty diaper wrap a hobby, but when she does get a break, she likes to take pictures, watch movies and get pedicures.

Here are some pictures of my newly remodeled kitchen! Hubby did almost all of the work all by himself. I painted! Thanks to Handyman Home Remodeling Center--where we got the sink and faucet.

Well, I'm back at the running thing. Gave it up in August, just as I was up to running 2 miles straight because of the heat. Now I got my gym membership and I'm giving myself NO EXCUSES!!!!! I'm back to square one but it's okay because I know I can do it. If you want to become a runner too, know that you can do it and click on the picture to get started!

Update 10/28!!!!! I did it!!! I just ran my first 5K! Ghouls on the Run, a 5K for Girls on the Run of Nebraska. Took me 41 minutes, but I did it and can't wait to do another one! Me, an athlete! Who woulda thunk it.
