Don’t you love watching people run after the baseball when it goes into the bleachers? The excitement that goes with it. Tossing caution to the wind. Just like going after the ball as though you were the player in center field who called “I got it”. Spectator reaches out their hand and gets theball. Perfectly, then holds it up for all to see.
That didn’t happen here…
What we had here was an excited fan who threw caution to the wind and lost everything from his nachos, to his shoe, to his dignity…and didn’t even get the ball.
