The Big Ten Conference announced matchups for the upcoming 2021-22 men’s basketball season Thursday.

The 20-game conference schedule features seven home-and-homes to go with six opponents to be played just once, either on the road or at home.

Nebraska has home-and-homes with Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Northwestern, Ohio State, Rutgers and Wisconsin. Teams Nebraska plays once at home are Illinois, Maryland, and Minnesota while the road games are at Michigan State, Penn State, and Purdue.

With nine Big Ten teams having reached the 2021 NCAA Tournament, 14 of Nebraska’s 20 conference games will be against tournament teams.

Nebraska’s only confirmed non-conference opponent is Kansas State while another game that the program will take part in is the Big Ten/ACC Challenge. Other reported opponents include Idaho State, Kennesaw State, and Creighton.
