When someone is going for the “world’s biggest” or “world’s best”, it normally is something ridiculous that no average person would every want to make, do or have.
The question is WHY do people do this…
The answer…because they can.
In this case, the average bic lighter has about 3200-3500 btu of heat. Hot, yes. Can it burn you? And normally, they fit in your pocket pretty easily. Then there is the World’s Largest Lighter. This thing is a little over waist high and takes two hands to pick up and use…and puts off about 5500 btu of heat.
Keep in mind, this video shows you how to make it, but it isn’t for that purpose. They are just wanting you to see how it was made and why it is the world’s largest.
