It started out a as news report at a marina in Springfield, IL about taxes and water rights. It ended up as a much more entertaining news report.
While this reporter was telling the tale of public outrage, someone else was taking his truck and launching his boat in to the water. But what happened next made for a WAY better story…even without context.
As soon the report was over, our reporter turned around and gasped, then told his camera person to do what every good reporter would do say, “uh, get this on camera”. And what happened next when we saw the bubbles coming up from the submerged truck was pure comedy gold.
