Move Over Whole Milk. You Have Been Replaced

For years, you hear about how whole milk is part of a healthy diet. The problem is that healthy living has proven that whole milk has too much lactose and fat. Because of this, milk habit have changed, but you gotta have milk for your cereal, but don’t want the added fat, according to YouGov, people have moved to 2% milk.

But wait…there is another headline here. Almond milk is a close second to 2%. Why? Lactose intolerance. (which include this writer)

  1. 2% Milk (33%)
  2. Whole Milk (30%)
  3. Almond Milk (23%)
  4. 1% Milk (11%)
  5. Doesn’t drink milk (9%)
