Here we go, another day, another list…and Lincoln looks REALLY good on this one.
Me and my family moved to Lincoln 2 1/2 years ago and we love it here. It is a great size, has great schools, clean, good values and it is safe. Sure you hear about bad things in the news, but that is everywhere. When WalletHub too a look at 182 cities across the USA, Lincoln ranked at #22 on the list of safest cities in the USA.
Why?
When you take Home and Community Safety (i.e. break-ins, robberies, car thefts, etc.) Natural Disaster Risk and Financial Safety, we look pretty good. Our one area that ranks us down is Natural Disaster Risk (Ya, tornados and flooding, as you would expect).
If you have ever though that living somewhere else would be awesome, take it from a guy who has lived in 15 states, some of them seem nice on paper, but when you see this, it could change your mind.
