Broadcast House Wins Six Nebraska Broadcasters Association Awards at Annual Convention

Broadcast House earned a number of awards from the Nebraska Broadcasters Association.

At the annual Pinnacle Awards Banquet Wednesday in La Vista, the station of KLIN, Froggy 98, and B 107.3 combined to win six awards across five categories.

The lone Gold Award went to KLIN for Best Sportscast with the submission “KLIN Sports with Kaleb Henry”.

B 107.3’s “Gifts of Love 2022” won Silver in Best Online-Only Video, “Froggy’s Charity Chase” took Silver in Best Station Originated Community Service Project, and “Froggy’s St. Jude Radiothon” earned Bronze in Service to Children.

In a new category this year, Broadcast House stations took two of the top three spots for Best Local Radio Show: B 107.3’s “Brooke and Bic” earned Bronze while Froggy’s “Gary and Johanna” took Silver.

Broadcast House in Lincoln is home to five radio stations: KLIN 1400 AM & 99.3 FM, Froggy 98, Red 94.5, 105.3 The Bone, and B 107.3.

KLIN Program Director/Sports Director Kaleb Henry won Best Sportscast for the second time in three years.
