Spain is on total lockdown for the 15-days due to COVID-19. I’m not talking about shelter-in-place; I’m talk about, you can’t leave unless you need groceries or medication. That isn’t sitting to well with some people. I mean, even in Italy you can get out and do a walkabout every so often.
But not in Spain. Nope, you are in and you STAY in. No non-essential leaving your home.
You gotta admit, staring at the walls of your house gets a bit boring after a while. When you aren’t allowed to leave your home for 3 weeks for any reason, your brain gets to thinking…how can I get out of the house?
Up until now, some bad ideas have been debunked by local police. Like the group of men who were able to fly under the radar when they had their own rugby game. While the guys had fun, they were stupid and posted how they thwarted the law o Facebook. Subsequently, they were busted by local police.
Then there was the T-Rex that wanted to take a walk down the street.

While those ideas didn’t work too well, the next level of the game has happened…and it is called, walking the dog. Here is the best part, there isn’t just one idea to make it work, we had a few gems here
These people had unique ideas.

- Rent-A-Dog: dogs seem to be the get out of jail free card…literally. Man’s best friend has to get out and do their business. Since, up until recently, animals have been assumed to be immune to COVID-19, people who have dogs have been getting calls to rent their dogs for a bit, just so they can stretch their legs. It seems to be working. After all, who is going to get questioned if “that is your dog”? And if they did, do you think their would tell the truth? The win-win-win? Those who don’t have dogs can get out. those who own the dog is making money and the dog get to have fun. (I mean, who has a dog who doen’t enjoy being outside?)
- The toy dog: one guy tried to prove to the police that he was walking his dog. Problems, it didn’t move, he was dragging it and he was swinging it by the leash.
