Yesterday Miranda Lambert decided she was going to share a “Monday memory for y’all”. It was a picture of her with the “Tiger King” Joe Exotic.
In her original tweet, there was no back story on what the situation was or why she was hanging with Joe Exotic. So now here comes the backlash, which was followed up with a later tweet that included the backstory.
“During Hurricane Harvey, the MuttNation team went to Houston to help relocate existing shelter dogs to free up shelter space for animals separated by their owners” She wrapped up the post with “Some guy named Joe volunteered his trailer and staff. Now I know it’s Joe Exotic. I’ve never been to his zoo and I didn’t even know he had tigers. OBVIOUSLY I’d never condone animals being treated badly”.

I don’t know how they found this video but Whiskey RIff also had an interview from Oklahoma Channel 12 news that has Joe Exotic bashing Miranda Lambert.
