Nature has a way of making things right, even if it is absolutely disturbing. This is one of those times and it was all caught on camera.
There is no indication as to where this happened, but a heron dove into the water and picked up it’s meal, as it normally does. That meal was an eel. While this is odd, you would guess it was easy pickings.
It looks as though the eel had other ideas, as it created what looks like a scene from Alien, where the eel broke its way out of the heron’s stomach.

No word on if the bird survived, or if it did die. However, the images are horrific, but very much like a car wreck that you can’t turn away from/
