If you have any leftover fireworks after this weekend’s Fourth of July Celebration you can get rid of them on Monday during a Fireworks Amnesty at Oak Lake Park.
“it just gives people an opportunity to get those things out of their homes,” says LFR’s Nancy Crist. “Unwanted, unused fireworks and ammunition no questions asked. They will just take them from you.”
They can be dropped off between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
