OK, how about this, would you rather move back in with your parents or we live the summer of 2021?
Believe it or not, 37% of people would rather move back in with their parents
A survey of about 1500 people have have found that 80% of those people have had a terrible summer of 2021.
So what would have made this summer of 2021 better? According to the results the results 2 extra weeks of summer would have made 76% of those people very happy. The rest of the people said that a building a National Park, creating a new monument and even hosting the Olympics would have made this year better for Americans.
And if you think your summer sucked just be glad you don’t live in South Carolina, Indiana, Kentucky, Oklahoma and a few other States (yes, New York, New Jersey and Oregon are on that list…for soooo many obvious reasons). According to the same survey, over 90% of people in those States hated the summer of 2021.
So in the end summer of 2021 could have been a hell of a lot better. But the one question it was not asked was if the summer of 2021 was better than the summer of 2020… think about it
