I know I am not alone when I say that the only thing I drives me up a wall in Lincoln is the potholes and crappy roads.
Now, this seems like something totally unrelated, but when was the last time you used a phone book? Truth is, no one uses them. We all get phone number info from from Google or the radio (shameless plug? Sure, but fact? Yep).
Phone books are worthless and obsolete. You can only use so many of them for door stops or bird cage liners. Aside from that, they do nothing but fill up landfills.
One town had a great idea, because they have the same issue we have in Lincoln…POTHOLES!!!!
There was one pothole that was so bad, one officer in Austintown, OH did some quick thinking when he was seeing cars damaged, he put a phone book in the hole.
