Rosa Parks Way between South Folsom and South 9th St will close from 8 AM to 5 PM Sunday, Dec. 4 as Lincoln Electric System removes overhead power lines.
Lincoln Transportation and Utilities recommends using South Folsom Street to West A Street to South 9th St as a detour.
