One person was injured after a crash in southeast Lincoln Monday morning. ” Just after 7 a.m. police responded to an injury accident call at S. 53rd Street and Old Cheney Road where a car and bicycle collided,” says LPD Public Information Officer Erika Thomas.
The 48-year-old man on the bicycle was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. LPD continues to investigate the crash and so far no citations have been issued.
