January Gaming Tax Receipts Down From December

Statewide January Gaming Tax Receipts dropped 6.5% from December according to data released by the Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission.

January taxes totaled $3.3 million compared to December 2024 of $3.6 million.

Lincoln’s WarHorse tax remitted was up 3.2% totaling $1.33 million. Lincoln and Lancaster County will each receive just over $166,000.
