“The exact same patch worn by officers will also be available to the public for $10,” O’Connor says.  This is more than a collectable patch, it’s a piece of history.”  The limited edition America 250 patches  an be purchased with cash, check, or Venmo Monday through Friday from eight to four at the Hall of Justice and all Lincoln Police Department stations.

O’Connor says proceeds from the patch sales will support Lincoln Police Union Charities, helping fund programs for local children including Shop with a Cop, Santa Cop, Summer Sendoff, and Trunk-or-Treat.

O’Connor says this campaign a chance to celebrate 250 years of America while giving back to the next generation in the Lincoln community.
