Nebraska State Patrol troopers arrested two suspects following separate pursuits Friday in Thayer and Lincoln counties. The first incident happened at approximately 10:40 a.m. in Thayer County near Bruning.
According to the Nebraska State Patrol, a trooper attempted to stop a Chevrolet Malibu on County Road 6300 after learning the driver was wanted on an active arrest warrant. Instead of stopping, the driver allegedly fled north on county roads, leading troopers on a pursuit that continued for several miles.
Authorities say the suspect later turned west onto Highway 4 before pulling into a driveway and attempting to escape on foot. Troopers caught the suspect, who allegedly resisted arrest before being taken into custody.
The driver was identified as Kevin Dunn, 46, of rural Thayer County. He was arrested on suspicion of:
Willful reckless driving
Flight to avoid arrest
Obstruction
Resisting arrest
Multiple traffic violations
Later Friday evening, at approximately 9:30 p.m., another pursuit began after a Nebraska State Patrol trooper spotted a Chevrolet Corvette speeding on Interstate 80 near North Platte at mile marker 176.
Troopers say the Corvette exited the interstate at mile marker 179 and headed north toward Highway 30. The vehicle was clocked traveling more than 110 miles per hour in a 55-mile-per-hour zone.
According to investigators, the driver refused to stop and fled west on Highway 30 before turning north onto Highway 83. After several miles, the driver abandoned the Corvette and fled on foot. Troopers recovered identifying information from inside the vehicle. The pursuit lasted approximately 11 minutes.
The suspect, identified as former Husker Heavyweight wrestler, 24 -year-old Albert (AJ) Ferrari, was located Saturday morning and booked into the Lincoln County Jail.

Both investigations remain under review by the Nebraska State Patrol.
