The Nebraska men’s basketball team will head west for its third exhibition game of the season, as the Cornhuskers take on Kansas State on Monday, Oct. 26 at the BigIron Events Center in Grand Island.
Nebraska faced the Wildcats last year in Kansas City at the Hall of Fame Classic, with the Huskers winning, 86-65. K-State will be settling into a new head coach, as Casey Alexander begins his first year at KSU after a successful seven-year stint at Belmont.
The Grand Island matchup with Kansas State is NU’s third exhibition game, as the Huskers will host Saint Louis on Friday, Oct. 9, and travel to BYU on Friday, Oct. 16. For the 2026-27 season, schools are allowed to play up to three exhibition games. The remaining non-conference schedule will be announced later this week.
