The annual Business in Nebraska report from the University of Nebraska Lincoln Bureau of Business Research and the Nebraska Business Forecast Council indicates growth over the next 3-years is likely although in a time of uncertainty.
Recovery of the Nebraska economy is expected in 2022. Employment in non-durable goods manufacturing has returned to pre=pandemic levels and strong growth is expected in 2022. Labor availability in 2023 could become a constraint.
