Lancaster County Sheriff’s deputies spotted a stolen vehicle on Thursday, April 29th at 10:05 p.m. near 9th and O Street. Deputies stopped the vehicle with three people inside. The vehicle had been reported stolen from Hastings.
During a search of the vehicle, suspected methamphetamine was found in the driver’s purse. 37 year old Marian Urtel was taken to corrections and was being booked when more suspected methamphetamine was found on her person.
Urtel was booked for possession of stolen property and on drug charges.
