All 17 cities of the Big Ten have partnered to launch a new travel passport designed to introduce sports fans to their travel destinations.
Celebrating the addition of three new cities (Los Angeles, Eugene and Seattle), Visit Lincoln and other similar destination organizations have unveiled the new “Cities of the Big Ten Passport.” Offering a digital passport featuring the top 10 attractions for each of the 17 Big Ten cities.
“As we welcome new members into the Big Ten, there are exciting opportunities to welcome new visitors to our communities and new venues for them to enjoy outside the arenas of competition,” says Jeff Maul, Executive Director of Visit Lincoln. “The passport highlights a mix of what makes Lincoln, Lincoln—a great place to bring the family and enjoy the offerings of a big city while keeping the small town feel and hospitality.”
The free passport is accessible from a mobile device, providing instant access to the most popular things to see and do in each location.
Lincoln’s top 10 list includes:
- Nebraska State Capitol
- Museum of American Speed
- International Quilt Museum
