Malibu, CA has some of the best views of the ocean in the USA. You can see it from hills and rocks. They even build houses that have decks that hang off the back, over the rocks and water…and they cost A LOT!!!
You would think, with that kind of money, they would make sure the construction was solid. Amazingly, no one had serious injuries or killed. And to think there were only 10 people on the deck
