An LPD officer on patrol spotted a window broken at the Generation V vape store at 1501 North Cotner around 4:30 this morning. The owner was contacted and arrived at the store to review security video with officers.
That video showed several people wearing face covering enter the store around 1:40 a.m. An early inventory shows they took about $2,000 in merchandise. Damage to the building and furnishings is estimated at $1,700. Police collected evidence at the scene and the investigation continues.
