This is Bike-To-Work week and Lincoln cyclists are being encouraged to take advantage of the City’s extensive trail network. “We do offer a lot of tools and ways for people to plan their trips through our website and tools,” says Paul Barnes, Manager of Long Range Planning for the City.
He tells KLIN News Friday is Bike-to-Work Day and residents are encouraged to park the car and take a bike for their commute. But, he says the day isn’t restricted to people pedaling to work. “Also, recreational rides after work or school with families or neighbors.”
