A lottery ticket sold in south Lincoln has turned one Nebraska Lottery player into a $220,000 winner. Nebraska Lottery officials say the ticket matched all five numbers drawn Saturday night in the Nebraska Pick 5 game, claiming the entire jackpot.
The winning numbers were 4, 8, 18, 26 and 40. The lucky ticket was purchased at U-Stop near 56th Street and Nebraska Parkway. Nebraska Pick 5 jackpots begin at $50,000 and grow by $10,000 with each drawing until a winner is found.
Lottery officials say players have 180 days to claim prizes, and any prize of $20,000 or more must be claimed at Nebraska Lottery headquarters in Lincoln.
