The Capital Humane Society is cutting adoption fees in half this week as part of its “Adopt Your Study Buddy” promotion.
The promotion runs Tuesday, Sept. 1 through Sunday, Sept. 6, and applies to all animals available for adoption at the Pieloch Pet Adoption Center at 6500 South 70th Street.
The reduced fees apply to dogs, puppies, cats, kittens and small animals, including guinea pigs and rabbits. License and rabies fees may apply to dog and cat adoptions.
The Pieloch Pet Adoption Center is open from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and noon to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
